Life in Community

Who are the fellows?

Fellows are recent college graduates who will spend three years teaching in the Archdiocese of Denver to aid in the renewal of the Catholic faith within mission-aligned schools. Fellows will not only serve as exemplary role models for their students but also acquire invaluable life skills, training, and personal growth opportunities that will enable them to flourish both during their three-year tenure and in their lives beyond the fellowship.

Fellows do not need to have a teaching degree or experience in the classroom to apply.

Formation in Fellowship

Training and Support

Through a comprehensive orientation, multiple retreats, a mentorship program with an experienced teacher, and a community offering support and camaraderie, Fellows will receive training and support in a variety of ways throughout their three years in the program.

Spiritual Formation

Fellows will have access to spiritual direction, be together in community, participate in retreats in fellowship, and take part in the annual Catholic Worldview Seminar. Additionally, fellows will take part in the Summer Intensive, which offers an immersive experience equipping fellows with the skills and knowledge to contribute to the flourishing and formation of the Archdiocese of Denver.

Community Life

Situated at the base of the Rockies, fellows have the chance to explore the picturesque surroundings through group hikes and excursions, participate in communal Mass, reside in affordable housing arranged by the program, and serve as fully compensated faculty members within their respective schools.
